St. Andrew Technical High School maintains its impressive form after a 3-1 victory against Bridgeport High School on a weather-interrupted Manning Cup match day.
Richard Livingston bagged himself a brace, and Leon Brown was the other goal-scorer on the day for STATHS as they moved six points clear in Zone D.

The most anticipated game of the day was Kingston College hosting Hydel High School, but unfortunately, the game never got the opportunity to live up to the hype as the game was called off early in the first half due to weather conditions; the scoreline was 0-0.

Eltham High seemed bound to return to winning ways after taking an early 1-0 lead against Greater Portmore before the weather interrupted, and the game was eventually called off. Another no result from Zone C was Denham Town vs. Jonathan Grant due to field conditions.

Norman Manley High thumped St. Mary’s College 7-0, led by a Chevaughn Rennie hat-trick, and moved into third place in Zone E as they hunted for a second-round spot.

Ardenne High versus St. George’s College and Jose Marti versus Waterford were called off due to inclement weather.

St. Jago High defeated Donald Quarrie 3-1, and Wolmer’s Boys made light work of Vauxhall High 3-0. The game between Ascot High and Papine High was called off in the 34th minute due to weather conditions, with Papine High leading 2-1.
