The ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup competition resumed today with the West Kingston derby between Tivoli High and Denham Town High.
Kevoy Blackstock’s 85th-minute goal was enough to secure bragging rights and more importantly three points for Denham Town High against rivals Tivoli High in Group D action.
Denham Town’s win moves them to second the group D three points behind leaders St. Jago High having played a game less.
Other results of the group, Innswood High made a heroic comeback to defeat Greater Portmore 3-2, after being two goals down.
St. Jago easily brushed aside Bridgeport 3-0 at the Dunbeholden Football Field.
The rescheduled fixture between Denham town and Innswood High is scheduled for Thursday, September 27th at the Chedwin Park Sports Complex.
