Vauxhall High defeated hosts St. Jago High 2-1 thrillingly as they were down to 10 men early into the second half. Kyle Chen was shown two yellow cards and given his marching orders in the 50th minute by the referee for a careless tackle.

However, being a man down did not dampen a hard-fighting Vauxhall as they broke the deadlock in the 56th minute through Ishmael Small.

A frustrated St. Jago High kept pressing and was rewarded for their efforts in the 72nd minute after Javar Harris curled home a beautiful freekick to level the contest at one apiece.

The Monk Street-based St. Jago High had the wind in its sails and felt it was the right time to press for a winner, but little did they know that Vauxhall had other plans. Richardo Walker left the home fans stunned as he slotted home from close range in the 84th minute to steal all 3 points for Vauxhall.

Players of both teams fell to their knees for separate reasons as the final whistle sounded. Full time, St. Jago 1-2 Vauxhall High.
