Munro College beat arch rivals St Elizabeth Technical for the first time since the 2012 season after edging them 2-1 in their ISSA daCosta Cup Zone C game at the St Elizabeth Technical Sports Complex on Saturday, November 20, 2021.

STETHS had dominated the recent series against the fierce parish rivals but Munro College’s win on Saturday broke the drought and took them into joint second place in the zone.

BB Coke leads the zone after their 2-1 win over the previously unbeaten Lacovia High in the first game of the double header and are on seven points, one more than Lacovia and Munro with STETHS in fourth place.

Meanwhile Manchester High, Ocho Rios High and Dinthill Technical all scored big wins on Saturday.

Manchester High trounced deCarteret College 7-0 led by a hat trick from Shaquille Campbell; Ocho Rios High shook off two straight draws to beat St Mary High 6-0 with two players, Roshane Guthrie and Yakume Lewwllyn both getting hattricks and Dinthill Technical got by McGrath High 4-0.
