Happy Grove High remained on course for a place in the quarter-final round of the ISSA/Wata DaCosta Cup football competition beating Tacky High in their Group 2 game played at (CASE) in Port Antonio on Thursday.

The game was moved from Wednesday at Carder Park because of poor weather and the result saw Happy Grove High moving to a tie on points with Manchester High in second place in Group 2, both on tree points, trailing leaders BB Coke High on six points from two wins.

Shavon Miller scored a brace for Happy Grove High as they rebounded from their loss to BB Coke in the previous round.

Happy Grove took the lead through Jabari Ennis in the 15th minute, Tacky High who are still seeking their first Round of 16 win, drew level in the 23rd minute when Davaughnie Ellis scored.

Two quick goals from Oshane Chambers in the 31st minute and Miller with his first in the 35th minute saw Happy Grove lead 3-1 at the half time break.

Giovanni McLean scored a second goal for Tacky High in the 87th minute to cut the deficit to one goal but Miller completed his brace in the 90th minute to complete the scoring.
