Defending champions Clarendon College will meet Garvey Maceo in one game and Dinthill Technical High and Glenmuir will meet in the other semi-final game in the ISSA/Wata DaCosta Cup football competition.

The match ups were decided on Tuesday after the quarter-final round came to a dramatic close with Dinthill Technical and Garvey Maceo High qualifying just ahead of BB Coke High from Group B.

Clarendon College and Glenmuir High had secured their places from Group A on Saturday after winning their first two games.

Despite losing their first game this season, going down 2-1 to BB Coke at STETHS, Dinthill Technical topped the group with a plus-four goal-difference, ahead of Garvey Maceo High’s plus three with BB Coke High just missing out on a first ever semi-final spot, ending on a negative two goal-difference.

Garvey Maceo High beat Cornwall College 2-0 to finish second in Group B and returned to the semi-finals for the first time since the 2021 season when they won the title.

Clarendon College came from a goal down to beat Glenmuir High 2-1 to top Group A with maximum nine points while Manchester High ended the round with a 3-1 win over Christiana High.
