Omari Laing’s 89th-minute strike was a dagger to the heart of Wolmers as they crash out of the Manning Cup.

STATHS continues its impressive program after reaching yet another Manning Cup semi-finals after defeating Wolmer’s 1-0 at the Stadium East Football Field.
In what was a closely fought encounter, Wolmers were giving as much as they were getting, but their valiant attempt was to no avail as Omari Laing thumped a rasping shot in the 89th minute to steal the victory for his team.

The first game of the day saw 30-times champion Jamaica College brush aside Haile Selassie 2-0 to secure their spot in the Manning Cup semi-finals. Kevaughn Wilson and Jahmarly Bennett were the goal scorers for Jamaica College
